Notice is given that an Extraordinary Meeting of Dunnington Parish Council will be held at 19:30 on Monday 9th May 2022

at the Tower Room, St Nicholas Church, Church Street, Dunnington, YO19 5PW

(To be held after the Annual Parish Council Meeting)

75        FORMALITIES

75.1     To receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting

75.2     To consider the approval of reasons for absence

75.3     To receive and approve the Minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on the 11th and 25th April 2022

75.4     To receive any declarations of interest

75.5     To consider any written dispensation requests received by the Proper Officer

 

76        EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

76.1     The Parish Council will resolve to exclude the press and public, from the meeting for any item where the publicity of the matter being prejudicial to the public interest or by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted or for other special reasons

77        PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

Any member of the parish may speak for up to 5 minutes on any matter on the agenda with the session lasting no more than 20 minutes

78        CO-OPTION OF PARISH COUNCILLOR TO FILL VACANCY

78.1     Applicants for the vacancy to present to the Parish Council and answer any questions from the Parish Councillors

78.2     The Parish Council to consider the applications

78.3     The Parish Council to vote on which applicant will be co-opted to the Parish Council

78.4     The Chairman will announce who has been voted onto the Parish Council

79.1     To receive and consider the monthly report from NYP and decide on any

       necessary action

80        ANNUAL ACCOUNTS 2021-22

80.1     To receive and consider the annual internal audit report

80.2     To consider the annual governance statement

80.3     To consider the accounting statements, to include signing if approved

80.4     If resolved to approve item 80.2 and 80.4. The Chairman and Clerk to sign the Annual Governance Statement and Chairman to sign the Accounting Statement
